A dutiful and divine long haired orange tabby on guard. This was a commissioned painting from a young married couple and wonderful patrons in Farihope Alabama. I used airbrush to create the soft edge, out of focus, background. It's the best technique for controlled soft edges and works great with watercolor pigments. I love painting wood grain, so I really enjoyed working on the fence and post. You know that I love painting cat fur, too. Rambo, the cat, was a wonderful subject!
