My wife's favorite: she loves the light on the tip of his tail. This painting is a favorite of people in the healing professions. Using artistic license, Drew left out the screen enclosure over Netsuke's head to improve the composition. He used free hand airbrush for the out of focus trees in the background after masking off the cat with frisket paper and liquid frisket for the whiskers.
